Order
Once your sack has been shipped you will receive your Tracking number by an email.

Shipping
We ship to all countries of the European union, shipping costs 15 euros.
Delivery within 5 working days from recieving payment. In case of your interest for placement an order with an outside-EU delivery, please contact us at hello@turcani.com.
We use GLS Parcel service for shipping.
Yes, until your order has been shipped, it is possible to change your delivery address. Please contact us at hello@turcani.com describing your change request.
Returns
You can return unused Turcani sack within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please send us an email regarding your withdrawal from the Contract to our e-mail address: hello@turcani.com and enclose the Notice of withdrawal form (The Notice of withdrawal).

Payments
We accept payments by debit and credit, Stripe and PayPal. You will be charged at the end of checkout process after selecting shipping address and method of payment by pressing Place your order button.
